DORSET based Rock Recruitment have come up with a novel way of getting into those swimsuits this year. The stars of Rock are a ‘team’ in every sense of the word and after an emergency ‘shape up for summer’ meeting they decided to fight the flab together as a group.

The incentive came when many of their favourite outfits no longer fitted. How could this possibly have happened? Had their washing machines all shrunk their clothes? Had the winter dampness penetrated the fibres through the wardrobe doors…..or maybe it was all the comfort food they had been eating through Christmas and across the winter months.
Time to face reality! Bring out the scales and let the Salad Fest begin!
Now, the Rock team every Wednesday morning before work begins jump on the scales to keep a track of their weight loss.
They have vowed to :
• encourage each other.
• share diet tips and recipes.
• exercise together.
• watch each other like Hawks.
Angela Fletcher, Managing Director of Rock said; “Its great fun to all be supporting each other and encouraging when the going gets tough.
She added; “It means that the team will all be fitter and healthier and have more energy to be focussed on business. We are such a close nit family in the office that it comes as second nature to all support each other in this way.”
