Do you have the stamina to take part in a non-stop, five hour bowl-a-thon? Put it to the test with the latest fundraising challenge raising money for Diverse Abilities Plus, taking place on Thursday 18 October from 6pm until 11pm at Bowlplex in Branksome.
Diverse Abilities Plus is the only charity that supports children and adults with Cerebral Palsy and associated disabilities in Dorset. The charity provides a range of assistance, support and education services for young people aged two to 19, as well as adults and their families.
Entry for the bowl-a-thon is £30 for a team of six (£5 per person) and each participants is being asked to raise a minimum of £25 in sponsorship.
Sharon Wells, Events Officer at Diverse Abilities Plus said: “Bowling is a great way for families, friends and work colleagues to get together and have fun, while also raising money for a great cause.”
