Staff at Magna Mazda in Canford Cliffs, Poole hosted a Ladies Night in its showroom on 6 September and raised £1500 for neighbouring charity Lewis-Manning Hospice.

Guests had the opportunity to sample some the finest products and treatments on offer from local businesses Shoes Glorious Shoes, Barefeet in the Park, Stella and Dot, Awoken Beauty, Baubles Bangles and Beads, Oh How Lovely, Danielle’s Treatment Room and Cindy’s Cakes.
Visitors were also wowed by a red carpet fashion show organised by Lynn Prior, manager of the Lewis-Manning Hospice charity shop in Ashley Cross Poole. The fashion show starred volunteers, customers and staff of the hospice’s 10 charity shops.
Magna Mazda staff were on hand to offer personalised advice about vehicle maintenance and Dawn Gilly of Dorset Police gave an upfront presentation about car safety for women. One guest won the top prize of a brand new Mazda MX5 soft top convertible for the weekend.
Sally Goodenough, Corporate and Legacies Fundraiser at Lewis-Manning said: “It was a great evening, the guests enjoyed themselves and had a lovely evening over a glass of champagne. Magna Mazda has been very supportive of the hospice through its charity of the year initiative and this is just another great event that they have put on to raise even more funds for the charity.”
