With Christmas creeping up upon us, what better way to choose a selection of favourite festive tipples than at an exclusive food and wine pairing event, hosted at Poole’s finest fish restaurant, by the Poole Business Women’s Lunch Club.

A delicious selection of freshly prepared mini dishes will accompany the selection of wines.
For one night only, the Business ‘Lunch’ will be moving to an early evening slot and throwing its arms open to welcome the husbands, partners and friends of the Business Women’s networking group, when Erica Dent from Enjoy Discovering Wine, will be educating those with a discerning palate, on how to appreciate a selection of wines when tasted with different foods.
The November 1st event, which is to be held at the Club’s usual venue of Storm Fish Restaurant, Poole, will start at 6pm where guests will be welcomed by PBWLC founders, Frances Miles and Tracey Wood. The evening will see wine buffs and networkers guided through a number of tastings, to include seven carefully chosen wines, all accompanied by a delicious selection of savoury and sweet foods, including, salmon with lemon dressing, roast fillet of pork, Maryland crab cakes, stilton and sweet desserts, to name but a few! The mini dishes, all freshly prepared by Storm’s Head Chef, Paolo, will complement the palate and bring out the distinctive flavours of the wines.
With the emphasis on a relaxing, enjoyable and educational evening, places for the special event, which costs just £30 per person, can be booked on 01202 674488.
